and program in support of the Rainbow Center's strategy, vision, values and
goals. Is an active participant in strategic planning for the integration of
social services into the community/UH.Identifies and
implements community health best practices from across the system.
degree and 5-7 years of experience in case management and/or client services
with a vulnerable population required; advanced degree in related field
desirable (M.P.H. and/or M.S.W)
