Position Summary/Essential Duties:
Serves as liaison between
program, department, Rainbow Center for Women and Children, and families in
Provides advocacy and
support as needed to remove barriers, preventing families from receiving
services or entitlements as needed.

expands knowledge and understanding of community resources, services and
